This story comes from a daughter of a resident at Holly Creek. “My mom is totally dependent on her care partners so preserving her dignity is something they are responsible for and Ann does an amazing job at this. Ann always takes time to comb my Mom’s hair, put beauty crème on her face and gently clean the sleep from her eyes. She knows my mom’s eating habits and how to coax her to eat. My Mom is often sleepy after lunch but if she is awake and able to sit comfortably in her wheelchair, Ann takes her to programs she might enjoy or to a life enrichment activity where she can connect with other residents. Ann is always happy and makes my Mom smile and laugh. My Mom is fortunate to have her as a care partner – thank you Ann!”.  This story depicts all of the service basics in addition to our core values of Love, Compassion, and Respect.
